For sale signs in cars

Featured Replies

With the vRS now up for sale what do you think about for sale signs in the car?

I mean an A4 piece of paper stuck on the windows with the details etc...

Might it attract the wrong sort of attention or will it just look carp?

What do you think, I've really no idea...

Go to your nearest sign writer/printer etc and get them to do you a white stick on for sale and telephone number.

Costs about

Go for it, I've sold 2 cars that way just by parking them outside the house. Get some vinly stickers made up for the inside of the windows ;)

Done it in the past and normally all you get is tyre kickers and test pilots! I'd also have a look at the new laws that have/are due to come in about selling/working on your car at the side of the road.

The Felicia has currently got one in it no biters yet

This may sound a stupid question but would you put the price?

I mean on one hand it gives a person an idea as to how much I am looking for, but on the other, to some scum it could be 'ooh that car is worth

Just get some red lipstick out your handbag walkie and write it on the bonnet

you could leave it with out and just have call for more details. On a newish car like yours I cant see there being a problem, atleast it may stop the time wasters.

I've always put a price............be prepare for stupid offers though!
