HI All - i'm trading in my lovely Vrs  for something a little smaller and less heavy - its a 2007 Vrs PD red estate with 143,000; full service history but a few scuffs on the bumper. i've had a quote for the past work and its coming in at £300. I"m not sure whether getting the paint work done will make much of a difference on value - any suggestions? thanks

I would think that a car of that age wouldn't warrant the work being carried out just to sell on when you may not reclaim what you've paid.

Agree with the above I doubt you would get your £300 back via an uplift in price on a car at that age and mileage
