Boost restored then missfire

Today i finaly sorted my boost issues, fitted new map and enjoyed power for all of 30secs, then ecu light flashing and drops to 3 cylinders, tick over perfect but soon as you move 3 cylinders, could it be cheap red coil pack ?

It definitely could be a coil pack. Or plugs. Are you running r8 coil packs.?

I’d by an oem quality pack and start swapping. Then, if it is the problem probably replace them all. Unless you have the originals...

Binned originals but just ordered a oem set, pretty sure its a toasted coil, all the symptoms under load but not tickover

Update, pulled plugs today, plug 4 soaked in fuel, looking like one of new coils

Hello , my brother has biught kodiak with matrix led lights. One of the problem is that high beam don't light up automatically and there is option to enable it on the menu. I have read somewere that someone had the same problem , but in tme meatime recieved an ota update and the function appeard . I have an obd11 but can't connect the car because of rhe newer protection so I was wondering how I could enable it. Another thing is if it would be possible to enable the inner rear stop lights. First time starting a project thread, bear with me... Heard about this Roomster not too far from me that might be heading for a scrapyard, and decided to try to acquire it. Local dealership said it would cost £300 to upgrade my maps and suggested that there are better options them then for this! After lots of online research I decided to update the firmware from H4120 to 5274. I have the zipped file RNS_510_FW_5274_update.iso and have burned this to a DVD at lowest speed. When I put the DVD in the unit (no keys in iginition) it whirs around and then after 20-30 seconds comes back with a CD/DVD error. The unit will play a normal music

For the past few weeks my Skoda Scala Infotainment unit has been prompting me to do updates. Almost everyday I get the prompt to do an update. I only get the one prompt in a day. I believe the procedure is to park, accept the update, turn off the ignition, exit the car and lock it. I think some updates only apply when you next start the car.
