Footwell Lights Retrofit - Error Code

I fitted LED footwell lights today and coded them. They are excellent and work as they should - I've set for 100% when the door is opened and the footwell lights dimming option is shown in the settings menu (on the Amundsen screen) and dims the lights correctly.

Having scanned the car with OBD Eleven, a fault is listed in the Central Electrics "LED bar. No signal".

I can't figure out what is causing it. I've cleared the fault but it returns every time I scan?
