Wheel refurb South Wales

Featured Replies

Forgive me if this is the wrong place to ask this.

After a unfortunate incident involving a multi story car park kurb and one of my nice shiny 19" xtreme wheels 😪 I'm after a refurb.

Anybody in the South Wales area got any recommendations? I'm in Monmouthshire and a quick google shows most of them to be around the Cardiff area but would prefer to use one thats been tried, tested and recommended.

Cheers Lee

Hope you find your recommendation. Just so you know, on diamond cut wheels the "refurb" process is quite involved, wheel needs attaching to a lathe as varying amounts of wheel are going to be skimmed off.

You're also limited to about 2 refurbs per wheel, after that you would need to replace.

I've still got a damaged 19" Xtreme at the moment - just the hassle of having to run on skinny for a bit and the cost of course. Will get it sorted once the weather allows for skinny use for a couple of days.

The wheel specialist in cwmbran would probably be your best bet, not cheap but very good quality work

Excellent thank you, I'll check them out...I don't mind paying more as I want it done properly.

That was my other question...the actual process. I did see one company that offered temporary wheels so your car wasn't off the road but I think that was based on you having all 4 done. As you say, driving around on the space saver isn't really ideal.
