vRS 245

Featured Replies

Merry Christmas and best wishes for the New Year to everyone.

I’ve recently bought a vRS 245, but I’m disappointed that it doesn’t have the performance gauges in/on the infotainment screen.

Does anybody know if these can be coded in, and if so, by who?

Think I've used the Performance Monitor screen twice in the 28 months I've owned my 245. Not sure about coding it though.:blush

The original 245s have it, the MY19 doesn’t. I probably wouldn’t use it a lot either. Most of the time I have the sat-nav on.

It’s just annoying me that it’s not there for when I do want to use it, seeing as the earlier cars have it.

Many of the standard features of the 2017 Vrs245 became options as Skoda became greedy, such as folding mirrors, electric front seats, front parking sensors and the 19" alloys to name a few which made them great value at £27,595 (list price).:)

That’s right. Now those features are saved for the Challenge.

But I’m not complaining, I only paid £23K for mine with DSG. Brand new, we’ll sort of, it’s a pre-reg showroom car with 11 miles on the clock.
