here is my project started.

Plan ;

-engine tear down complete and changing pistons,bearings,timing chain and all stuff will be forged.

-big cooler on stock turbo high boost setup

down pipe and valve, complete straight exh.pipe.

I will complete this setup and test until summertime.

Just a little update

engine removed and went to workshop for better oil jets and clening

ordered bearings and pistons😉

 

Engine recondition job complete today.we bore up to 77mm.

fored nüral pistons done

we start to assembly engine.I hope first crank will be on saturday👍🏼

We change setup eith hybrit turbocharger.😂

and also replaced the clutch it was dead

We complete the engine and started brake down period. car still runs with stage 1 sofrware. After that its gonna be stage3.I will let you know the dyno result.cya👋👋

 

Spark plugs and coils renewed.and afr gauge installed.

maf sensors must be renewed for high boost setup.they are ordered👍🏼

Brake down progress finished. Map sensors renewed with proper one. Old sensors was wrong time.

 

Im waiting for my order greedy profec boost controller then we are starting dyno tune.

Greddy profec installed and adjusted.works fine.

High boost is 1.87 now.we have to change the spring of wastegate.its too soft.my target is 2.2👍🏼
low boost is 1.2.its good for daily drive.but afr is  little high 12.3-12.5.Im still on dyno tune.

100-200 dbn is about 9 seconds now.this will be 8 or lower after 2.2 boost and methanol kit installation.

Ah so you know "Volkan Polat" as I've seen you car on his facebook page, You seen to be following a similar build to his?  I guess next is some S3 valve springs?

 

What hybrid turbo did you go for?Im guessing RTMG.

 Yes bro. Volkan polat helped me alot on this setup. We used 46mm hybrit turbo. This is just a preparation setup for me.

Next setup is big turbo (td05 16 or 20 g) big fuel nozzles and the s3 valve springs setup. Same as volkan’s car.

I saw Volkans dyno’d at 480 bhp on lower boost🤯.

 

Did you used a stick clutch or Kevlar?

yea its easy for us to do this setup. 😅

I remember that dyno it was high boost.

we use stock clutch.same as volkan’s car. We adjust the clearance close to zero point that is why it doesn’t slip.

Yeah I Had my clutch pressure adjusted also by the guys at RTMG, If only I could afford to break a few engines like Volkan has,  Am I right in saying you've forged the engine?

yes we forged the engine. Nüral pistons,better oil jets some secret stuff😅

 we will renew the valve springs on big turbo setup it is necessary. And also the fuel injectors. S3 or rs4. I don’t know the difference.

Now we installed meth kit.

We used dual 368cc nozzle. Its very effective on car. iat,egt temp dropped.we are on 1.5 bar boost on pump fuel.

You got switchable maps or running the meth from a switch?

 

The meth will help keep the temp's down of those hot Turkish summer days, I take it your from the north? I head to south Turkey every year (Fetihye Area)…..One day I will make the journey north to Hans garage for a visit.

I just adjust the boost pressure from meth’s solenoid valve. İts very helpfull on higher boost without octane booster.

Im on north side 👍🏼 In summer weather temp goes high but not like fethiye. İts too hot there.
