parking lines

Featured Replies

When I reverse into a parking space and line up the camera lines with the lines on the parking space I don't end up centred in the space. Logically (or illogically) it leaves more space on the drivers side compared to the passenger side.  Anyone else found this?

Yes, I find this yet I've had my car 5+ months, but maybe that's just me.  I'm just getting round to thinking of doing some practice reversings in an emptyish car park, just to get familiar with judging how the line markings on the rear camera relate to the parking space lines (i.e. how much off centre), when the car is nicely & centrally placed.  Someone in another thread said that one of the best things about cars that have auto parking, is they always park very neatly & centrally, when reversing into car park spaces.
