Tesla Model X Recall - corrosion in bolts relating to Power Steering

Featured Replies

Looks like every other car recall to me. Only 15,000, not a lot.

How does 15_000  Tesla Model X recalled compare with the number actually sold? This may be "all of them".

According to Wikipedia, it's somewhere between 1 to 2 years of Model X sold.

There's a bigger recall for Model S, said in the same article.

There's a global recall for pretty much ALL Nissan Leaf for earthing plate.

Recalls happen all the time, this small number of Tesla recall is not newsworthy.

Why not? Because it's "only a Scalextric car" and not a real one? 🙂

The pretty much all Nissan Leaf Global Recall has not reached the ears of the DVLA in the UK it seams as no sign of a safety recall in the country that builds Nissan Leaf.

So a Service Campaign.  Maybe.

Yes, it's not a critical safety recall, more of a service campaign.

But at the dealership, they called it a recall. Thus I call it a recall.

Wow you are petty. When you have no counter arguement, you reverts back to mocking EV's.

I've marked your scalextric comment as not helpful because scalextric has zero place in an EV subforum. Then you've marked all my posts in this thread, including a very factual and related post on number of Model X sold and how it compares to the vehicle recall. I can accept other posts marked as not helpful, but marking that single post only signals you are a petty little person.

That's it; I've had enough of you so you're blocked!
