The tyre pressure label on my kamiq fuel filler cover shows the spare wheel as a 125/70 R18 4.2 bar / 6ap.

 

My steel spare wheel is a 195/60 R16 89H.

 

Does anyone know the correct pressure for this size of tyre?

Welcome.

Since it is the spare for use in an emergency and will not match the 3 tyres on the car when used you just need a safe pressure in it and not under-inflated.

40 psi when in the car would be OK, and if you put the spare on then you could let the pressure down a bit to maybe 35 psi as long as you have a pressure gauge in the car to check.

 

You will need to reset the TPMS when you fit that spare anyway as it is going to be a slightly different size and reduce you max speed to 50 mph even if thereis no warning sticker on the spare wheel.

It is brand new, a slightly different pressure from the 3 tyres on the car and a different total diameter / circumference.

The TPMS might still flag a warning when it is fitted, or maybe not, and do not use Cruise Control and if you have the likes of ACC that might be disabled while the odd sized tyre is fitted.

Do some  have no spare at all. ? 

Do some kamiq models have no spare wheel.? 

No UK Kamiq has a spare wheel as standard.

 

A factory option...

 

 

Or more expensive dealer option.
