MY 19 FL Headlights Part Number / revision

Out of interest could someone with a new FL Octavia with LED Headlights (I think all face-lift model have LEDs) do me a favour when they get a chance check the part number and revision (usually a letter at the end of the Part number) and either post it or post a picture of the part number sticker. You should just about be able to see them on each headlight.

Having had one replaced under warranty due to condensation, which was the same age as the original, my other head light is showing moisture issues and I'm wondering if they have made any attempt to fix the issue with a modified part.
