Has anyone got the Skoda One App to work in the Scala?

It remains in Disconnected state when I try to connect it. Android Auto and the My Skoda App work otherwise. Just not OneApp

I have the Swing infotainment. I see the Scala is not listed as supported online though on the website, but other car models use Swing too.

 

 

I have the same issue.

On the one app page it says it's compatible with every car from a certain point, but there is absolutely nothing happening.

The sales person at Skoda told me that the Scala has a different infotainment system compared to other cars from Skoda. So I am suspecting that they took the option away or it's a compatibility issue with the app, and they haven't updated it yet.

 

I've got an open case in with the Skoda App people, so I'll see what they say.

First car in the entire VW group to get the new entertainment system according to the blurb somewhere.  Even so, surely this should be sorted out by now?!

I just now checked some brochures from Skoda and it clearly says that the Connect App and One App should be working...

Edit: Doesn't say that it will actually connect to your car 😕... Using it without that functionality seems pointless for me.

 

It's incredibly annoying looking for any specific information on Skoda pages that is in regards to their own apps or infotainment because most of it is outdated and doesn't apply to the newer models anymore.

No, no reply at all other than the initial request for more information which I sent through, I presume they are in some sort of lock down now like we are here.
