Headlamp range Control motor replace

Hello all, 

I have a fault appeared with AFS on my 2015 mk3 octavia. The auto full beam won't work and I guess auto leveling also won't work. The xenon headlights also won't basic set when first turn on anymore. 

I have a fault stored for the offside headlight range Control motor. The motor is available separately for £95 plus the dreaded. 

Has anyone tackled this? Looks like I need to remove the front bumper and headlight to change it on the bench? 

How does the front bumper some off? 🤔
