reversing light intensity

Featured Replies

hello, I would like to increase the intensity of the reversing lights of my skoda fabia 2017 thank you

Interesting. I have never found reversing lights much good as a vision aid but as an indication to others that I am reversing. Manufacturers have the same attitude as they more often than not only fit one on one side suited to left-hand drive. I suppose higher wattage bulbs is the answer.

change to LED, there are some very bright ones out there.

The MkIII Fabia has two reverse light bulbs, one on each side.

They are P21W.

LED bulbs can be a lot brighter than the regular incandescent bulbs, but you need to be careful to ensure replacements do not trigger the blown bulb warning system.

These are CANBUS-friendly so shouldn't trigger the dash warning...

There are lots of cheaper alternatives on eBay, Amazon and Aliexpress etc. but generally buy cheap buy twice does apply to LED bulbs.
