Thanks Admin for approving,

I have a issue with my COLUMBUS Navigation screen, Touchscreen has issues as can not select part of the left handside screen, please help I am interested in replacing the LCD screen, be great if someone can recommend not dealers but someone who sells LCD screen. Very annoying as can not select or change audio settings or use other features...

Merely await a comprehensive response from the Infotainment Guru, SashaGrace ,she is the resident expert in all things Bolero, Amundsen and Columbus. She's probably outside in her "project Car" enabling some more functions that weren't originally there with bits from Ebay.😄

Hello everyone, I have an older 2009 RNS 510 Columbus head unit. The software on it is very outdated, and I would like to update it to the European Josi Modified 5238 version. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to find a working download link anywhere. Does anyone happen to have the software and could upload it somewhere? Or perhaps someone knows of a working download link? Thank you very much for any help.

Coolant pump belt change

My 1.8tsi Octavia scout coolant pump was leaking via the impeller. I'd like to change the small belt (not the big timing belt!) that spins the impeller as well as the pump etc but the left handed bolt is stuck. I've not tried too much force as the captive gear it holds moves when I try and I'm concerned that I might break something internally. Would anybody have any experience removing this bolt or known methods of doing so? The photo shows the gear and the bolt I'm refering to is holding this g

Noticed today that my rear view camera is seeing more than it used to, that is, I can now see some of the number plate and body work top and bottom. I'm sure it used to be just a nice clear picture of the rear without anything extra? Am I mistaken, does everyone see the number plate and bodywork?

Hi All, I know this is a topic that seems to have been covered a million times but my vRS has become a problem child. It was losing a small amount of coolant and I would get the odd whisp of steam from the back, I diagnosed a leaking EGR Cooler (confirmed with off car pressure test) and a small water pump leak. I replaced both and thought my work here was done. However it now seems to have made losses worse, this time from the reservoir, so yesterday I did a 90 min motorway drive and by the t
