Rns315 in mk2 fabia

Featured Replies

Hi all, im a new owner of a 62 plate Fabia Monte Carlo which is fitted with a swing head unit. The head unit doesn’t say it has Bluetooth on it but I can connect to it.
Does that mean if I want to upgrade to an RNS315 I can get one without Bluetooth as my car has a Bluetooth module fitted or do I still need a 315 with Bluetooth?

Any advice appreciated

Would imagine you wont need one with Bluetooth then, when you push and hold the steering wheel control volume button....Does it switch on Bluetooth?

thanks for the reply.
I don’t have any steering wheel controls. I was gonna get a 315 with Bluetooth to have it all in one unit but wasn’t sure whether it would cause problems if I have the module already fitted. I want to be able to skip tracks etc from the H/U rather than on my phone
