Cant find the right tool to get the cd player out.can any one tell me where i can get it from?

they are 2 small thin metal 'keys' that retract silly little clips inside so you can (not so)easily pull the unit out

Or alternatively cut a junior hacksaw blade in half - have to use the cut ends cos of the little retaining **** sticking out of each end.

You could always ask your dealer nicely for a set of the proper keys!
