Good evening. 

 

Got an issue with my superb columbus system. Got in the car to drive home tonight and the radio comes on as normal all the buttons work I believe but the screen is blank. 

 

It's backlit but there is nothing on it. 

 

I tried turning the car off, getting out and locking it and then u doing it and getting in and start up but no different. 

 

Is there anything I can do to reset it?

Do a hard reset thus......Press and hold your finger on the on/off symbol for a good 10 seconds. This will shut the unit down completely. Let go and after after a few seconds press it again normally to turn it on. The unit will restart.
