Hi there.
My Skoda superb from 2011 rattles / drives unevenly for the first 2 minutes I drive (ie when it is completely cold).
Then it goes away and it runs fine.
I am in doubt whether it is the gearbox, flywheel, nozzles or else issues you can read about
For info must be mentioned:
- It does not smoke from it when I start and it starts fine.
- When I put it in neutral and accelerate from cold, the engine sounds fine (thinking about it has traveled 220,000 km)
- it's time to change gearbox oil (60,000 km since last)
- The gear shifts themselves run really well (at least when it is hot).

Help - what do you think it might be?

Check faults with diagnostic tool/laptop - you may get a clue.

So when was the Air Filter changed or looked at, has the fuel filter been replaced?

When changing the DSG oil it is time to see the other consumable service items are OK.
