weird sounds from the exhaust

you know someone, what is this sound ? 

Have you someone experience with this one ? 

 

I think that its a maybe wrong exhaust flap, because diagnostic found this fail:

To me it seems that it's the exhaust valve.

 

What isn't there can't be broken...
(don't pay attention, I'm referring to those who point out that it was better before when exhaust valves were still fitted)

UPDATE:

 

I disabled exhaust valve, but still listening this sound... Do yo have someone tips ? 

 

 

Sell it mate a 280 with a non working exhaust flap isn’t worth having .....
