Factory Symphony SkodaAuto DX SatNav Telephone Preparation Kit (Nokia/Motorola/Siemens) - Optional Extra

So I'm on the hunt for one of the original SkodaAuto Telephone Preparation Kit you could get when spec'd.



This is what it looks like - David. A. who owns the above picture had his from Factory. I have some part numbers but can find anything online about the unit. They do come in various models to fit various Nokia/Motorola and Siemens phones but, does anyone have one lying around or know where I could get the complete kit from?



Also, does anyone have any more info on these?
