Hi, I've been using the new MySkoda app since it was updated in Dec 20, it has always had lots of bugs but today it has become unusable. It says my car is not activated (see images), when I click activate it says the vin I entered is wrong (it has the same VIN as it always had).

 

Any ideas - Seems to work on the website.

I've been having similar issues. Ended up uninstalling then reinstalling the app again. That seemed to do the trick for me.

Seem to be working again now. 

Have been having the same problems. There is an update now and have got mine working again

Funnily enough, mine was fine until yesterday, now mine is also saying “not activated”  could it be a Skoda server error? Or an update that has screwed it up?
