Not recognised as my primary user automatically

Featured Replies

Hello,

Only picked up the car yesterday so still finding out the ins/outs but the first impressions are very good.

However, when I get into the car, it sometimes recognizes my primary profile automatically but very often it sees me as guest; until I go select my profile manually.

Is there something I can do to fix this?

I'm the sole user of the car so I would be happy for it to be permanently set on my profile...

Thanks

I'm having the same problem. Think it's a software thing. Hopefully be fixed in future updates

I have the same issue and also get a warning screen come up every morning saying something about data (collection or protection).

Which HW and SW have you both got?

I have the following

5E3035816 H/W: H56 S/W: 1668

You guys did the 2 keys in the car at the same time thingy, right? Just to be sure.

Yes I'm logged in and the primary user. I've set it to automatically log me in (assigned to the key) and it often doesn't. Equally the Skoda connect will occasionally log me out. Only done 309 miles in 2 months so hard to comment much. S/w 1688 here. Not sure on HW

Yes, I did become the primary user by registering both keys.

I always use the same key but still experiencing the issue of being detected only once in a while.

Newbie question, where do I find the software version?

I have been into the system information screen and can find a hardware version but can't see a software version.
