Hi, my kids had been playing around my car and managed to prise off the headlight washer chrome cover 🙄

How do I refit it? 

I've read that I can pull the stalk forwards to be able to get to the bracket to be able to locate the holes in the cover onto the pegs......is this the case? 

 

If I need to replace the washer stalk is it possible without removing headlight/bumper etc?

The stalk is spring loaded so yes you can just pull it up and install the cover. Make sure you get it on properly before letting the stalk back down, since its a little tricky to get up if the cover is on.

 

If it needs to be replaced, which I doubt, you need to remove at least one side of the bumper and pull out the headlight.

 

Only thing left is to punish the kids.
