Basically, this chrome plastic part is broken by itself and ia now barely hanging.

Is there a way to fix it or i need to replace whole light?

Replace, unless youre comfortable disassembling light units, which is a tricky job involving heat gun to soften adhesive etc. Difficult to get right without experience

That has to be a manufacturing defect. 'Fit for purpose' laws may get you somewhere with the OEM.
