While blowing up my Vredestein Quatrac5 tyres, I noticed an unexpected symbol of a 4 leaf clover, next to the sunshine and snow indicators. What does it mean?

It's one of the four seasons.

Tyre should only be fitted to an Alfa Romeo?

Summer - Sun

Autumn - Rain / Cloud

Winter - Frost

Thanks Falco. Not very meaningful though- regarding spring. On a drive today in the Pennines we  saw lambs, sun, rain and snow. No leprechauns with 4 leafed clovers though.

 

You weren't looking hard enough. 

They were behind the blessing of unicorns at the bottom of the rainbow.
