can anybody please help I have just got a Skoda Octavia SE Technology MK4 and I am having trouble with the Sat Nave remembering any of my settings like POI and sound settings like not to talk directions when I’m on the phone. I make all the settings get out the car lock it up come back later all my settings are gone.

If i understood you correctly, then:
1. download on your phone- myskoda

2 register

3 go to profiles and log in as main user and then you will be able to set up all infotainment and it should be saved., 

 

Mine works that way, we have 2 profiles, since we are 2 drivers.
