Does anyone  know where to buy and how to replace these two dash speakers?

I don't want to state the obvious but just order them from your local Skoda parts dept.

Can I ask what happened that you need to replace them ???

Just remove the screws and take the connection of the base. Any aftermarket audio store should be fit enough to source you something to fit back in again.

Do they only come with the Canton stereo?

The Canton setup in the Superb contains:-

The Canton setup differs in other Skoda models.

The left speaker is part of a standalone system for vehicles with emergency calling.

the right speaker is only on vehicles with the canton premium sound system.

Please see my above reply.

left speaker - emergency calling (SOS)

right speaker - canton

Sorry, totally useless of me!  My car is an early one so no SOS.

For a non-canton superb, is the wiring there? Would love to add a speaker on the center. Anyone did such thing?

Cheers

There's no wiring :\

From what I could gather, installing a speaker there would require a lot of effort, and it would include dismantling the dashboard.

Yea, thanks for the answer, I dont think its worth it for a speaker.

Ye, totally agree, considering removing doors and dashboard would eventually lead to unwanted trim noises.
