Just bought a Skoda Fabia 2016 with no manual to refer to. How do I get it so all the doors open?  Even when I'm in the drivers seat the passenger door and both the rear doors won't open.

Any help will be grateful for.

At a guess, you need to press the unlock button twice to open all doors

As above, you can unlock all doors by double pressing the open button or you can change the option to open all doors with a single press in Car Settings as explained in the manual.
