Replacing speakers to new aftermarket speakers, wires?

I am replacing the speakers. The old speakers have weird wires I've never seen before, how do I go about install the new speakers? Any tips would be very appropriated

You cut the proprietary VW speaker connector off and attach the correct connectors, usually female spades using crimping pliers or by soldering.

Thanks for the reply. No I'm not kidding, I've never done any car work before.

Any video on how I can do this without messing up? The wires don't seem to have a hole to go through, as the new speakers are behind the panel of the door, while the connectors are outside
