Hi All…

i am new to this site… so far so good really…

 

recently bought a 2021 Kodiaq Sport… cannot set the memory seat on any of the two keys. It should be able to… when opening the car  with the key … the seat should move to your memorised seat… no luck there whatsoever…

 

any help will be appreciated

When you have adjusted seat and mirrors and pressed set and then memory button 1, 2 or 3 do you get the bleep to confirm setting has been stored.

Thanks for the prompt mail...

Done what you said...  Get the bleep...But the problem remain...

The seat are not memorised in the dedicated key nor the side mirrors...

Yep... Done that one too...   Two keys registered to two different drivers...

I'll try to reset the infotainment computer to manufacturing setting and have another go at it...

 

Is the other key well out of range when you are setting a key.

I find that it's best to have the personalisation set to manual, then after you make an adjustment select key assignment to store the changes. I think it asks you to press a key on the fob to confirm. This way you don't find that changes are being saved that you didn't intend.

After several emails.... With Skoda UK...  The computer needed an adjustment...  All working now.

I have just ordered a new facelift Kodiaq Sportline for delivery November at the moment.

 

I asked about the extra key I could add from the options list for £45 but was told this would be purely another key and I couldn't personalize the seats when using it.    So are you saying this is possible?

From memory and search on Utube...  There are 2 type of keys.  The one you described at £ 45 and another at £400.  I believe the later will synchronise with seat...  There are 3 memory positions on the seat after all....

Have a look at this Skoda Link....  I find it very useful

 

Seems very expensive to me...  Would pressing the buttom on the seat sufficient !!??
