  1. It looks exactly like mine at the moment; Invisible. 😠
  2. Did you get any explanation as to the unfair order in which these cars are leaving the factory? Ordered in July. Chased today to be told I now have an unconfirmed build week 15 (w/c 11th April 2022) which could change to either sooner or later. They ignored my question about the order they are being built in. 😐
  3. Thanks. The fronts are very borderline and we could be driving it around for a good few months yet. In the winter too...
  4. Because of the delays in the production of our next lease Kodiaq (ordered in late July, factory hasn't even accepted order to date) it meant we had to extend our current Kodiaq lease. This extra time with the car means it is now due a service and the front tyres need replacing 😠 I obviously don't want to spend much on doing this. I assume I can just used my local independent car garage (who I trust) rather than a main dealer for the service? Can I put any tyres on, as long as they are the correct sizing?
  5. They gave you a build week? Or were they purely guessing? I ordered a Sportline over two months ago and have been told by the dealer no news on the build and the factory haven't even accepted the order yet!
  6. I have just ordered a new facelift Kodiaq Sportline for delivery November at the moment. I asked about the extra key I could add from the options list for £45 but was told this would be purely another key and I couldn't personalize the seats when using it. So are you saying this is possible?
  7. Yep, red is now out because although on the promo pics on the Skoda website and configurator it looks like a classy, darker red I think the reality (looking at actual photos/youtube of velvet red) is that it is a bright red. not concerned on future value, as it will be a lease.
  8. You've persuaded me strongly to the Sportline :) What colours have you gone for. I'm choosing between: Graphite grey metallic - though this looks very dreary from the pics. Combined with the dark interior it might all look very gloomy. Meteor grey - I like this better and it seems it would set off the black sport styling well. However, it is a solid colour rather than metallic...would this make it look cheaper/not as good as a metallic...? Velvet Red metallic - Tempting and looks great but I'm concerned it will be too bling/boy racer. Can't view any in showrooms yet which is annoying.
  9. Cheers, Kenny. I've had both the alcantara (Octavia) and leather (current Kodiaq SE L) and do prefer the leather. Never found it at all slippy or too hot or too cold tbh. Sunroof just pushes the price up a lot for something I don't want/need. I'm really tempted by the Sportline to at least make it a little different from my current SE L.
  10. I'm having problems deciding between the two. The Sportline looks better but it is shame it doesn't have full leather seats. An important question - Is the inside roof colour dark on the Sportline? As that would make it way too gloomy inside
  11. Our 3 year old 1.4petrol Auto SE-L Kodiaq 5 seat coming to the end of the lease. It has been a great car and I'd like another. However....it seems not much has been updated on them since we got ours. I heard they had a refresh in 2020 but very little seems to have changed. They don't have the digital cockpit as standard for example...? Also, I like the 1.4 very much and it has enough power for our family's needs but I see constant criticism of the replacement for it, the 1.5. Is this a worse/less powerful replacement for the 1.4 or will I find identical performance? I am also surprised to find I can no longer get a 5 seater unless I choose the base spec! I have no need for 7 seats and would prefer the extra room... I don't fancy being tied to a new 3 year lease on an ageing model. When do you think a new Kodiaq might be out? Thanks!
  12. On a 67 plate SE-L model so all LED I believe. The car was reversed into a wheelie bin and it put a little hole in one of the rear light clusters. Where would be best (cheapest..) to buy a replacement from? and is it simple to fit myself? I assume I couldn't just replace the glass as I'm guessing they are sealed units? Thanks, also...a separate incident (I know! but neither were me...)....if anyone can recommend a good body shop repair place in Cambridge. The rear door is very scratched and dented after grinding against a post (ffs)
  13. Cool. Thanks all. So it seems there is just one style of mat after all.
  14. Hi chaps, Kodiaq arrives next week and I didn't spec any mats. Can you link me to the cheapest reliable place to buy some official ones please. There seems to be two versions of the carpeted ones available - the more expensive are called 'prestige' but don't have the Kodiaq name on them so I'm not sure they are official...? Many thanks,
