Vcds Anyone in Ipswich please help

Featured Replies

I have just had my pads and discs replaced bit the brake warning light still comes up on the dash.Could anyone please delete this some it doesn't come back up in the future.

Its not a resettable item.

Either you have a pad wear limit wire shorted to ground, the brake fluid level is low or its wiring is shorted.  Also check the handbrake switch.

It can be deleted using vcds from what I have been told.

The garage has said I need new front pads and discs which is clearly not the case as they are like new only changed a year ago.

If it can be turned off there a few VAG specialists in Ipswich that will do it.
