Hi there. I have recently bought a 2018 plate Karoq SE TSI DSG and recently tried connecting my phone via USB to the Infotainment System in order to use Waze on my IPhone, however when I tried to select Apple Car Play nothing happens. I can cannot via Bluetooth and use the phone hands free but no car play. Please help, am I doing something wrong?

Cancel my last it turned out to be an Apple cable which I thought was a genuine one however changed it for one I bought recently as a spare and it works fine.
