Replace swing by an bolero unit

I have a 2017 skoda fabia mk3 and i would like to replace my swing unit (wich has not got android auto) with a bolero for exemple wich has android auto. To do so, i would like to take the bolero unit from an other fabia, with another engine, another year etc... 

Nevertheless, does replacing my original swing with a bolero from an other car brings problem such as airbags failure, does it lights up failure indicators on the dashboard,does it put obd faults...
