I've just unblocked the nozzle on the rear screen washer, and fluid is coming through OK - but it's going everywhere except onto the screen! 

I thought I'd reassembled it correctly, but obviously not. Should the nozzle jet be facing towards the wiper blade, or towards the back of the cover?

The jet points onto the rear screen. You can adjust it within 70° or so.
