Lots of cars, but none of them remotely practical. Last straw was getting stuck in the car park at a recent music festival and having to wait 3 hours to get towed out by a tractor.

 

After much research for something suitable with 4WD that could fulfil all the practical requirements of the household (like having more than 2 seats, being able to get a week's shopping in the boot, etc!) we settled on a Yeti as being closest to our needs.

 

Deposit paid on a 2017 1.4TSi L&K last week and will be picking it up in a couple of week's time.

 

Got lots of useful information here when researching what to buy, so it's time that I joined.
