Check coolant warning 2014 1.8

Hey guys.

I have a 2014 Elegance 1.8 model that drove 118k km so far.

My coolant was replaced a month ago because it was broken and had water leaking out of it but I had no warning whatsoever. 
Last week I started having this warning message randomly(not all the time), usually a minute or two after starting to drive.

Temp is 90 and the water are well above the A line.

Could it be that it warns me about the old coolant? Can you think of something else?
