My Karoq infotainment system keeps spontaneously disconnecting from my Samsung smartphone.  Or vice versa. Any ideas?

I'm having issues the other way round, phone not connecting which I'm fairly certain is a Bluetooth issue on the phone. Resetting the wifi etc on the phone seemed to resolve but happened again today, restarting the phone resolved for now.
