Aging Octy

So, my Octy is getting old now. 2006, VRS Mk2 TFSI engine with 123k on the clock!

I still like to thrash her from time to time but I can't help feel I am on borrowed time somehow, so generally drive her appropriately 80% of the time.

Can anyone suggest what I need to generally keep an eye on? I am going to sort the cam belt and water pump out soon, so while I have the engine in bits I might as well check other bits!

Also it anyone can point me toward a manual for cambelt change that would be awesome!
