Having been upgraded to latest SWs, I am experiencing a new issue with Carplay.

The colours go and it gets pixelized. It has happened twice in three drives since collecting the car earlier today...

 

Has anyone experienced something similar?

Seen it repeatedly on mine.  Hit the home button and then back into Apple car play…it’s gone.  Only happens when using Waze.

Which version of software are you running?

I never experienced that with the courtesy cars (Octy or seat ateca) over 8,000 Miles...

1803…there is an older post on the forum where some others have also experienced it.  Noted it can occur repeatedly for a period, and then doesn’t occur for weeks.

I had not found this post.

I guess it must be something that appeared with 18xx as all the other cars were running 16xx.

 

Happened for me! Twice. 
Already been in Skoda dealership etc. but no one could say something is bad and they tried with their phones and it was OK. 
Also happens ONLY with the waze app. 

However i found out that i think it is app fault (as my pixels appeared after waze app update). What helped me was i did a full reset of my waze app ( in search of waze app on phone type: ##@resetapp) 
And after the full reset - its already around 1 month - no issues

Hope that helps. Weird issue though

I tried that but unfortunately it is still happening every drive. However, I think I understand what is causing it.

Using Waze with radio, it seems to not happen or very rarely. However, if you use waze and audible, it happens every time within minutes. I will try tomorrow waze and podcasts to see if it does it too.
