2013 Superb Radio

Hi, the radio in my 2013 Superb reverted back to German?? nothing i could do would change that.

to replace the radio was £3000!!!! not doing that.

I bought and fitted second hand one but the phone mic just wouldn't work, even after i replaced the mic.

So now i want to fit an Android radio, what is recommended please
