My car has smartlink which worked with an iphone, but I cannot get it to connect to the android samsung flip.

The flip app has Smarttlink + but my car only seems to have Samrtlink.

Can i update the car radio to samrtlink +

I think SmartLink + may be a subscription feature, try contacting Skoda to see if you can purchase a license for it.
