Go back to where you bought it from and tell them would be your start point. I'm assuming that given it's a 2019 that you've laid out a fair wedge for it so it's there's to fix.

I got a good deal, but yes. It was a fair amount of cash. The independent dealer will be my first port of call. Hopefully they will sort with no issues. I'm  sure they will. But thanks for your response 👍🏼 

Yup, there are two SD card slots in the unit in the glove box. The navigation system SD card goes in SD 1. Safest bet would be to go through a dealer, but if you source the card elsewhere it *must* be compatible with your unit. A couple of suppliers online will do a reg check for you before purchase. But, dealer is probably safest bet.
