Just notice the No 6 on my screen top right hand side (see pic), yesterday it went to No 4, today it is back to No 6, I know in the past there was a symbol appeared there that was something to do with updates, is this the same.?

Perhaps it's the number of satellites it is linked to. 

 

I think it is the number of notifications available... if you 'pull' the control centre screen down with the tab just above the time display, then click on the Notification tab at the bottom of the screen, that will confirm it.

That was it Chris, had 3 notifications there about not renewing "my Skoda", so it looks like it doubled it to 6, strange behaviour with this infotainment system everywhere..lol
