Hey all,

 

just got a 2017 Monte Carlo, whenever I connect my iPhoneXR via Bluetooth or usb, the music pauses at around 10 seconds every time, and just struggles to play the music from my phone in general.

 

Any ideas?

Are the songs stored directly on the phone itself or are you using spotify/apple music to stream? It could be down to your phone not having signal. I have this sometimes. 

 

Secondly is your phone up to date? Does it happen using a different phone?
