Weird touch screen issue when connecting bluetooth

Hello guys, recently bought my Skoda Octavia MK3, car has been fine but I have a weird issue, when I try connecting the car to my phone via Bluetooth, the touchscreen stops working. I have attached a video of what happens to this post. I have factory reset the stereo a few times and tried connecting other phones but this hasn't fixed the issue. Any other time the touch screen works perfectly. Any help would be much appreciated, I just really want to connect it to my phone.

I thought I would post about this issue where my car was holding onto third gear, initially on a random basis. I could move the lever to manual and change up as normal. There were no codes and when my mechanic tried reading live data, the car was changing normally. I tried posting on Facebook but all doom and gloom, mechatronics faulty, clutch gone, etc. My car is now 18 years old any of those repairs effectively mean scrapping the car. I got just the new software version 1989. Curious what's it is gonna bring. Already satisfied with 1985 but i love gadgets and up to date materials. One thing from the beginning with software 1969 til now mine park to pay or pay to park still not working. But i am not using that anyway to prices of parking are ridiculous. So i hope this one is even better then 1985 we will see.

Hi. I've just had the touchscreen replaced and happy to say everything is all working again with the exception of the clock which is stuck at 12:00. The second hand is still working though. The time on the dashboard behind the steering wheel is working fine and can be adjusted. Can anyone please advise me ho to adjust the clock on the touchscreen when it is in standby mode? Many thanks.

Hi, Our driver side window made a growly noise then wound itself all the way down, and is now stuck. We have removed the door panel and can't even lift the glass manually from the bottom. It will not move. I think we need to replace the window regulator, but it seems that we need the glass half up to remove it. (Need to line up the rubber bung with a slot in the regulator?) I just want the window shut for when this heatwave breaks and the rain returns. Then we can order and fit new parts later.
