ABS 046a code?

ABS lights are doing the Xmas tree on the dash and the garage says it's an 046a code. 

 

Googling seems to say this and the 1130 code are the same thing, is that correct as I had the unit fixed with lifetime warranty with that code? 

 

It's coming up showing implausible signal, and I have to trust the garage did check the sensors properly, but from others experience what have they found 046a to be as its causing me great anxiety not being a physical, clunky part like a wheel bearing that is obvious?!
