What have you done to the car in terms of modifications?

Is that the standard radio?

Have you changed any settings with a diagnostic tool?

The MMI unit in the glove box was replaced to the part number: 5Q0035864C

As far as I can tell the one that came stock on my car was part number:

5Q0035840C

Will replacing my MMI unit again to the one that came with my car fix the problem. Aldought the radio seems to work fine the only issues I am facing are with Bluetooth and carplay

You can’t just swap the unit and expect it to work.

and you definitely can’t just swap it to a completely different part number.

there’s a lot of coding and swap codes that need doing.

where are you based? And why was the mmi unit replaced?
