1.5 TSI weird engine noise *VIDEO PROVIDED*

Sorry, I’ve posted before about this noise but please see the video below. That’s the car stationary with load being applied to the engine. I’m pretty sure it’s manifesting itself for a brief moment whilst accelerating out of 2nd and 3rd gears but sounds like an exhaust blow from the cabin under engine and road noise if that makes sense?? Driving isn’t affected and no codes available but it’s a bit annoying and hopefully nothing serious. She’s a 2020 1.5 TSI with 53k miles. Serviced with 0w20 508/509 every 6/7k.
